About Brandon Butler
Brandon Butler is the practitioner-in-residence at the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Clinic at the Washington College of Law at American University in Washington DC.
Formerly, he was the director of Public Policy Initiatives at the Association of Research Libraries and a lawyer in the Media and Information Technologies practice group at Dow Lohnes PLLC. His legal experience spans a wide variety of issues, including copyright, fair use, network neutrality, trademark prosecution, and corporate transactions involving intellectual property.
